Oh my! That’s what happens to me if I drink a cup of coffee in the morning. (Yes, in the morning). My brain keeps me up all night. My only relief(most nights this works) is a cup of milk and a cup of sleepytime tea about an hour before bedtime. I’ve cut back and have coffee only 3 days a week.
